Nice Boat. Still for-sale? How are the teak decks in-terms of leakage and/or time before they need to be replaced? How much for new owner to realistically spend in the first two/three years to keep her in top-notch shape? Tankage type and age? Any tankage leaks? Engine hours and are there any fluid leaks? Anything in need of replacement/repaie? All items mentioned in working condition? Looks very nice in the pictures. Why are you selling her? Any oxidation of the mast/boom/spreaders? Any need for re-painting of spar? Sorry for the questions. Its just that during a survey, I walked away from a seemingly very nice 40′ sailboat this week due to owner neglect of all things not in plain sight and non-use and the cost to get her ship-shape was north of $25K. Thank you, Stuart
